Orders come in by WhatsApp
The system reads each message, works out which customer and which driver it belongs to, and records the job. Staff do not type orders into a screen.

Customer balances stay correct
Every customer's balance updates as jobs are recorded. If a monthly total does not match the jobs behind it, the system says so before the bill goes out.

Receipts are read from a photo
Someone photographs a receipt and sends it in. The system reads it and files it under the right account.

The phone lines
It connects to the phone system and shows who is answering right now and which calls were missed. Recorded calls are written up automatically.

Driver pay
What each driver has earned is counted as the work comes in, so nobody has to add it up at the end of the month.

Run from a phone
The manager sees all of it in a mobile app, with alerts and a screen for messaging customers directly.
A system like this replaces several separate tools and a lot of manual work. It takes weeks to build, and the price depends on how much of it you need, so it is quoted per project. Smaller projects work the same way: we agree what is being built, put a fixed price on it in writing, and build it.
How pricing and delivery work
All prices are quoted and charged in US Dollars (USD). Every project begins with a free consultation, after which you receive a written quote with a fixed price and timeline before any work starts and before any payment is taken. The prices above are starting points; the final price depends on the scope we agree on together.
Projects are typically billed 50% on approval of the quote and 50% on delivery. Monthly maintenance plans are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled at any time.
Our services are delivered digitally and remotely — there is nothing to ship. Typical delivery is 2 to 6 weeks from approval of the quote, depending on the scope, and the exact timeline is stated in your quote. Full details are in our Terms of Service and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Automatic renewal notice — monthly maintenance plans
The Ongoing Maintenance plan is a subscription that renews automatically every month at the price stated in your quote, and your card is charged each month until you cancel. There is no minimum term, no notice period and no cancellation fee. You can cancel online at any time from the self-service link in every receipt we send you, or by emailing us — cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for. One-time project fees do not renew and are never charged more than once.

Sendy is a dispatch bot for WhatsApp. You run it from Telegram, it sends from your own WhatsApp number, and it turns one message into a job posted across every group you work with — in the order you choose, at the pace you choose.
Connecting takes a minute: scan a QR code from the bot, or enter a pairing code under Linked Devices in WhatsApp. Nothing to install.

What happens between your first message and delivery

Free consultation
You tell us what you need. We ask about the process you run today, where the time goes, and which systems are involved. There is no charge for this stage and no obligation to continue.

Written quote
You receive a written quote setting out the scope, a fixed price and a delivery date. Nothing is charged and no work starts until you approve it in writing.

Build and check-ins
We build the system to the approved scope and keep you updated as it takes shape, so there are no surprises at the end. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it is done.

Delivery and support
We hand over the finished system together with its documentation, and every project includes 30 days of post-launch support during which we fix, free of charge, anything that does not work as specified.
